Setup wizard
Go into File Explorer (Start > File Explorer) press the Up command (left soft key) then navigate to 'Program Files' then to 'BTNetworks' in the folder there is an app called "HandsetSetupWizard" rename the file by pressing the right soft key > edit > rename.

If you disable this and VOIP stops working then you will have to manually run it to re-enable VOIP

The WiFi finder also fails - why?
